Rotary Young Chef Competition


The District Final of the Rotary Young Chef Competition was held at Redbridge College on Saturday 6 February 2016.

Our two contestants from the North West Area, took part in the competition, preparing pan fried duck breast and a lemon posset, (below left) and king prawn pasta with a tarte au citron waffle (below right).

The winner – shown at the top receiving her trophy from The Worshipful The Mayor of the London Borough of Redbridge, Councillor Barbara White prepared a dish of salmon en croute and a pear souffle.
