A Rotary Youth Exchange Camp in London chose the Rotary Club of Northwick Park for its only visit to a Rotary Club during its two weeks in London.

In this difficult time for international relations, the 11 Youth Camp members from Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Norway, Slovenia and Switzerland are showing how Rotary International holds out hope for a better future than our difficult present. As well as visiting a number of cultural centres in and around London, the youngsters are getting to know the countries that other members of the camp come from, and their cultures and backgrounds. Members of the Rotary Club of Northwick Park are involved in the management of the camp, and are hosting some of the youngsters whilst they are in London for two weeks.

President Elect Ritu Kapur, pictured in the centre of the photo holding the banners presented to the Rotary Club of Northwick Park, presented each camp member with a banner from the Rotary Club of Northwick Park. She said, “This camp is an excellent example of the Youth Exchange programmes run by Rotary International, and can make a real difference to future international relations.”
