A half dozen members attended the Rotary Foundation Awards Night on 19 November 2014 at the Tavistock Hotel in Tavistock Square, London.
The purpose of the evening was to recognise Clubs that had done service or fundraising on behalf of the Rotary Foundation over the past 12 months, ended on 30 June 2014.
The Rotary Club of Northwick Park was singled out many times, including the work being done with the Revival Centre in the Ukraine, and for the many ways in which the Club has achieved goals set for them in the London Rotary District.
Pictured above is last year’s President, holding our certificate, and our guest speaker, Past Rotary International President John Kenny, who is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Rotary Foundation.
