Ritu visits Sydney’s Darling Harbour Club

Our newest member Ritu Kapur took advantage of one of Rotary’s most important privileges whilst on a holiday in Australia. Rotarians are entitled to visit any Rotary Club anywhere in the world! It is custom and practice to let the club know that you are intending to visit, but with that done you are assured of a warm welcome – wherever you go and no matter how long you have been a Rotarian. Here we see Ritu exchanging banners with Club President Garry Thuer, and we look forward to hearing the full story when Ritu and Narinder return to the UK at the end of their holiday. Well done Ritu, and thanks for getting the photos back to us so quickly, and well done for visiting a club where the meeting starts so early in the morning – 7.30am is too early for some of us!
