CEO Deven Pillay gave a detailed narrative of the organizations history. It was set up in 1946 in Harrow by families as a support group,supporting children with learning disabilities. then developed a supported living service in 1987. Deven described the growth and history of the organization which became Community ConneX in 2021, as diverse and inclusive. They are dedicated to providing support and care to everyone and committed to promoting equality by ensuring that all individuals,particularly the most vulnerable are treated with respect and dignity regardless of their age,race,religion,belief,gender, disability and sexual orientation.
They now offer a very wide range of services across a number surrounding boroughs, their reach is constantly expanding as is their diverse support team and volunteer base.investors in people
