On Saturday 30 September 2023, a large number of members from several local Rotary Clubs and a number of other local organisations made their way to the Hall of the Church of St Alban, North Harrow for our fundraising Quiz Night.
There were rounds on General Knowledge, UK Geography, European History, Food and Drink, Sport, Art & Literature, Music and Pot Luck. There were also table rounds based on Bridges and on Military Dingbats.
There was a hot meal prepared in the Hall’s Kitchens by Ros and Ritu, which was enjoyed by all that participated. People were invited to bring their own liquid refreshments.
There were prizes for the winning team, and for the team of Quizmasters, and the raffle on the night raised just under £300. Well done to all concerned.
