Our meeting on Wednesday 10th November 2010 was a business meeting so we did not have a speaker, preferring instead to concentrate on the progress being made on the Club’s many projects. However, November is Rotary Foundation Month, and to mark the occasion, we were pleased to receive a visit from our own Ambassadorial Scholar Angela who is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Braunschweig, Germany, and Ambassadorial Scholar Atif who is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Hilden Haan, also in Germany. Atif also brought President Stuart a gift of ” Killepitsch” – a digestive that comes from his locality in Germany.
