On Saturday 17th September 2011, the “Heavy Crew” turned out once again with the gazebos, the display materials and the games at the Pinner Memorial Park for the Pinner Village Show 2011. The weather forecast for the day was “terrible” with heavy rain forecast for the whole day, however as we approached the day the forecast improved and we were threatened with occasional showers rather than rain all day. All the club members participating on the day had a great time, and many members of the public were interested to see that the Rotary Club of Northwick Park is still active in the community!
