Lightly grilled smoked salmon with a layer of mozzarella cheese, service with homemade gnocchi in a creamy white sauce accompanied by asparagus. Chocolate and orange cheesecake for dessert.

Not everything works according to plan in a pressured kitchen. This would have been a chicken roulade stuffed with prosciutto and sun dried tomatoes, served with potatoes and glazed carrots. Dessert would have been lemon tart. We all wish the entrant "better luck" when entering next year.
