Community Service is one of the Four Avenues of Service followed by Rotary Clubs. As its title says, it is Service that we provide within our Community. Our preference is to help rather than donate money. If a donation is required, our preference is to donate an item.

Our main projects in recent years have included:

• £24,000 Donation to the Mother and Child Unit at Northwick Park Hospital
• Christmas Food Parcels for the needy in our Community
• Assistance to the Kenton Group of Churches Christmas Luncheon
• Short Holidays in England for Families
• Support for Harrow Women's Aid Refuge including funding a special library
• Assistance with the Cost of Equipment for the home for the needy
• Assistance with gardening and home maintenance
• Financial Support for St Luke's Hospice in Kenton
• Financial Support for the Children's Unit at Northwick Park Hospital
• Financial Support for the Mother and Child Unit at Northwick Park Hospital
• Financial Support for the MS Unit in Watford Road
• Outings for the elderly and the disabled
